$22-$27 PER HOUR (DOE) | FULL-TIME

Additional compensation available for valid CDL holders.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, mechanically inclined individual to join our trenchless division. This position involves hands-on work with specialized equipment and underground pipe rehabilitation methods, including Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), and pipe bursting. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a team. Occasional out-of-town travel is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with trenchless sewer and pipe rehabilitation projects.
• Perform and assist with Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining installations.
• Assist with Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) operations.
• Participate in pipe bursting projects, including equipment setup, pipe installation, and site preparation.
• Operate and maintain specialized trenchless equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Assist with sewer camera inspections, pipe cleaning, and project preparation.
• Work with field supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Travel out of town occasionally for projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous construction, underground utility, plumbing, or trenchless experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate power tools and equipment.
• Willingness to learn specialized trenchless rehabilitation methods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Comfortable working in excavations and confined spaces with appropriate training and safety procedures.
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work effectively with a crew.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
