Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Paint Finisher to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for preparing, finishing, and inspecting custom cabinets to ensure high-quality, durable results that meet our standards.
Schedule: 4-day work week, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Overtime is available
Duties:
Computer and math skills
Sand, clean, and mask cabinet surfaces for finishing.
Apply paint and stains using spray equipment with precision and consistency.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe finish room and properly handle waste and materials.
Work closely with fabrication and assembly teams to maintain an efficient workflow.
Qualifications
1 to 2 years previous cabinet finishing or similar manufacturing experience.
Skilled in painting, staining, and color matching; able to record finish formulas.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and workflow efficiency.
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements and math.
Knowledge of machining, fabrication, and precision measuring tools preferred.
Strong understanding of safety procedures involving power tools, forklifts, stains, and paints.
Being able to work independently, troubleshoot problems, stay organize
