A-Central is looking for one or more full-time employees to join our team in Wenatchee. We perform asbestos abatement, selective demolition, mold remediation, lead paint abatement, and other environmental and construction-related work throughout Central and Eastern Washington.
We are currently interested in both experienced/certified asbestos personnel and entry-level candidates interested in learning the trade.
Construction or asbestos experience is preferred but not required for entry-level positions. We provide paid training and opportunities to obtain certifications. Applicants who already hold Washington asbestos worker or supervisor certifications are strongly encouraged to apply.
Pay: $22.00–$38.00 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and position. Entry-level candidates will generally start toward the lower end of the range, while experienced and certified asbestos workers/supervisors may qualify toward the upper end.
Employees may also earn overtime, performance bonuses, and applicable prevailing wages, which can significantly increase total compensation.

Job Requirements
Applicants must:
-Be available to work full-time, with typical workdays of at least 8 hours
-Have reliable transportation to and from our Wenatchee office
-Be willing to travel and work out of town on occasion
-Be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
-Be able to perform physically demanding construction and abatement work
-Be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
-Work safely and follow company procedures and regulatory requirements
Experience with asbestos abatement, demolition, construction, mold remediation, or similar trades is a plus but is not required for entry-level applicants.
