Build What Algorithms Can’t. Apprentice with a Master Remodeler.
Algorithms can write code, draft contracts, and generate photorealistic 3D renderings in seconds. But an algorithm can’t square an out-of-plumb wall, hang custom cabinetry to within a sixteenth of an inch, or set a flawless tile line across an uneven subfloor.
If you want a career built on tangible, high-value problem solving—one that cannot be automated, outsourced, or replaced by a prompt—learn the craft of high-end residential remodeling.
Compensation: $15 –$25/hour to start (DOE), with scheduled pay increases as skills and autonomy develop.
Location: Active jobsites across the local area. Must have reliable personal transportation to travel directly to job sites daily.
Gear: Having your own tools is a plus but not a requirement
Role: What You Will Learn
We are looking for a motivated apprentice ready to learn the trade from the ground up. You won't just be hauling debris; you will be trained on-site in every phase of fine residential renovation;
Finish Carpentry & Framing: Structural modifications, architectural trim, doors/windows, and cabinetry installation.
Precision Tile Setting & Waterproofing: Substrate preparation, laser layout engineering, and modern waterproofing systems.
Space Renovation: Kitchen and bath reconfigurations, drywall finishing, and architectural problem-solving.
Diagnostic & Mechanical Fundamentals: Understanding plumbing rough-ins, electrical layouts, and how residential building systems interact.
What We’re Looking For
Teachable Mindset & Positive Attitude: Eager to learn, receptive to constructive coaching, and brings dependable, positive energy to the jobsite every day.
Reliability & Craft Pride: Shows up on time, works with focus, and takes genuine pride in clean cuts, tight joints, and an immaculate workspace.
Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable working with your hands and ready to master precision hand and power tools.

Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet throughout the day.
Ability to pass standard pre-employment background and drug screenings required for working in private, occupied residences.
