Mongoose Malus I bought a couple months ago. Got my license back and don't want it to sit and rot outside. This bike has VERY large 26x4 tires that have worked great for mud and gravel so I imagine work great in snow too. Shifting works fine and chain is still great. The bike has barely been used.
This bike is also being sold with a Lezyne light. I can honestly say this is the best bike light I have ever owned. Extremely bright, lots of light modes and dimming options, and the wide beam illuminates the side of the road as well as my path. Pops on and off easily with the adjustable strap and uses a standard usb-c charger(not included but I'm guessing you have one in this day and age).
I'm also including the Kryptonite Keeper 712 bike lock I used for it. This is a 4 foot bike chain wrapped in a scratch resistant layer to protect the paint. Thick chain, strong shackle, easy to use, and difficult to pick lock. I have 2 keys that will be included so you can have the just-in-case spare. I was happy with this lock so I hope you will be too.
I have also replaced the standard plastic pedals and the bike seat. The pedals are Topcrown cnc aluminum wide platform pedals with reflectors. I think these have triple bearings but I can't remember. The stock bike seat was terrible so I replaced it with a Metroline seat. The seat has memory foam, enclosed spring suspension, and a weatherproof top layer. I bought it thinking I would ride year round and wanted something for all seasons. It's a decent seat and I really have no complaints.
The bike came with a scratched fork from shipping and the company said they were out of replacements. Couple very minor spots of rust and scratches but the bike is in great shape. See the pictures and feel free to reach out with questions.
