Looking for a licensed/experienced HVAC technician to replace the A2L refrigerant leak detection sensor on a newer Trane system (R-454B refrigerant).
The system is showing a sensor fault / mitigation mode (blower running nonstop, not heating or cooling normally). Need someone who has worked on A2L / R-454B equipment.
Scope of work:
- Diagnose the sensor fault and confirm whether there is an actual refrigerant leak
- Supply and install the correct A2L sensor for the model
- Check wiring and connections to the control board and clear the fault
- Test the system for normal operation
Requirements:
- EPA 608 certified; NJ HVACR license preferred
- Experience with Trane / American Standard A2L systems
- Available within the next few days
Please reply with your quote (parts + labor), availability, and license info. Model number and photos available on request.
