Role Description
We are seeking a Traveling Painter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who works quickly, has a strong attention to detail, and is comfortable with taping and masking refrigeration cases, which will be a major focus of the position.
Fine-finish spray painting experience is a plus, along with experience in refinishing, restoration, construction finishing, or similar hands-on work.
A strong candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain speed without sacrificing quality. Responsibilities also include surface prep, sanding, cleaning, painting, touch-ups, and other restoration work as needed.
Travel Schedule
- **4 weeks traveling / 1 week home**
- **Overnight schedule (typically 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM**)
- Nationwide travel to grocery store remodel and restoration sites
- Hotels and flights covered
What You’ll Do
- Repair, restore, and refinish grocery store refrigeration casings
- Prepare surfaces through sanding, masking, cleaning, and finishing
- Perform commercial spray painting and coating applications
- Replace refrigeration case bumpers and damaged components
- Ensure high-quality finish standards and attention to detail
- Work closely with project teams to complete jobs on schedule
- Help maintain safe, clean, and professional worksites
Preferred Qualifications
✅ Fine-finish spray painting experience is a plus
✅ Comfortable with extensive travel and overnight work
✅ Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
✅ Bilingual in Spanish preferred
✅ Experience in restoration, remodeling, refrigeration, painting, or construction environments is a plus

- **Starting at $240 Daily**
