Wondernara is a Seoul-based K-pop store specializing in albums, merchandise, preorder benefits, video call events, and other K-pop products.
We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Warehouse & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team full-time.
This is a hands-on role focused primarily on packing, order fulfillment, warehouse organization, and daily warehouse operations. You will be responsible for helping ensure that customer orders are packed accurately, shipments are processed efficiently, and the warehouse remains organized, clean, and under control.
Main Responsibilities:
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare orders for domestic and international shipping
- Manage the daily flow of orders through the warehouse
- Ensure orders are packed and shipped according to schedule
- Receive, unpack, count, and organize incoming products
- Check product quantities and report any discrepancies
- Organize albums, merchandise, photocards, POBs, and other inventory
- Maintain clear and accurate warehouse organization
- Keep packing stations and warehouse areas clean and orderly at all times
- Restock packing materials and monitor warehouse supplies
- Follow Wondernara's packing and fulfillment procedures carefully
- Double-check quantities, products, customer information, and shipping details before completing orders
- Assist with larger packing projects, event orders, and high-volume periods
- Support other operational tasks when needed
Requirements:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Careful and accurate when working with quantities and customer orders
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable working independently and following established procedures
- Able to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy
- Comfortable with repetitive and hands-on warehouse work
- Able to keep the warehouse and packing areas clean and well organized
- Able to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- A team player with good communication skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Legally eligible to work full-time in South Korea
Accuracy is extremely important in this position. We are looking for someone who naturally double-checks their work, follows procedures carefully, and does not take shortcuts when handling customer orders.
Visa Requirement:
Applicants must already hold a valid visa or work authorization that allows full-time employment in South Korea.

Preferred:
- Korean language skills
- Previous experience in packing, fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, retail stock management, or e-commerce
- Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce systems
- Familiarity with K-pop albums and merchandise
Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but we are also open to candidates who are quick learners, responsible, and have strong attention to detail.
About the Role:
This is not a desk-based position. The majority of the role involves working directly with products, orders, packing materials, inventory, and the warehouse.
The person joining us will play an important role in keeping Wondernara's fulfillment operations running smoothly and making sure customer orders are packed correctly and shipped on time.
