WANTED: Work exchange for rent

I have a small income. I am a great cook (pics included) a very nice person, very clean, considerate, ethical and caring. I am not a licensed care giver nor do I have any wish to be. That said I can perform basic duties, repairs, errands and so on. I do have a car, license and insurance.
I am spiritual but not religious, apolitical, no drama. I am quite social, trustworthy, and I am designing a business to help end homelessness.
In my spare time I have regular classes (three times a week three hours in the morning (which can be changed to an afternoon schedule if needed).
I love kids and animals. I have no hidden agenda, emotional issues other than some grief from losing both parents a couple years ago. Which is another reason a room/work exchange would work for me since I could use the regular activity and schedule.
