Looking to rent a small, affordable workspace in Portland's Central Eastside, ideally between the Willamette River and MLK.

I'm looking for a simple, functional place to work on projects, with room for a workbench, tools, materials, and storage. It doesn't need to be pretty or renovated. An unused corner of an existing warehouse, a small shop bay, a lockable room, or a sublet from a business with extra space would be ideal.
I'm practical, respectful of shared spaces, and mindful of noise. I'll keep disruptive work to reasonable hours and can work around the needs of other tenants. I want a stable space where I can leave projects set up and return to work whenever needed.
