We are actively seeking a small, private space for a quiet, appointment-only local business. We are open to unconventional spaces that may not currently be advertised.
Ideal space:
• Approximately 750–1500 square feet
• Within about 10 miles of Lewes
• Retail visibility is not necessary
• Rear unit, detached commercial building, small office, studio, workshop, flex space or a portion of a larger building
• Restroom and access to water and drainage
• Parking for approximately 2–3 vehicles
• Reasonable monthly rent
