Wanted: Room in Santa Barbara

My name is Michael Person. I'm currently renting a shared room for $900 in a group home called The Gryphon House in Santa Maria. I'm looking forward to moving back to Santa Barbara. I would like to find an affordable living arrangement. I'm 54 years old, I have Social Security Income and health insurance. I'm quiet, clean, polite to the neighbors and working on continued success with my degree.
