WANTED: Private Garage, Barn or Workshop – $300/Month
Description:
Hi! I’m a singer-songwriter in Chino Hills looking to rent a small, private space for recording music and practicing vocals.
Ideally looking for a detached garage, barn, workshop, or outbuilding in Norco, Chino, Corona, or nearby.
What I need:
* Budget: $300/month
* Electricity
* Flexible access, preferably 24/7
* Privacy and a quiet environment
* Permission to sing loudly and play guitar without disturbing neighbors
I have all my own recording equipment. It’s just me—no band, parties, or guests.
I’m responsible, respectful, and open to a monthly rental agreement.
If you have an unused building or know someone who does, please contact me!
