Hello, I’m looking for a 700 sqft studio with high ceilings for a projected 8-year occupancy. My ideal home is a free standing red barn with open floor, large windows, direct sunlight, large deck, gas stove, single level.

I share pictures of my current home for reference. I work as product designer. I'm a musician, with no kids, no pets. Open to Santa Cruz, Soquel, Felton, Capitola, Happy Valley, N Rodeo Gulch, Corralitos.

Minimum square footage: 700 sqft. Budget $2500 max (incl. utilities). My 10-year rental history includes top references from Kendall and Potter, and CIF Property management.

I do not wish to share utilities, unless included in the rent. I do not wish to share walls with anyone. I value privacy and creative solitude.
