Hello, I’m looking for a 600 studio with high ceilings for a projected 8-year occupancy. My ideal home features open floor, large windows, direct sunlight, large deck, gas stove, w/d in unit, single level.

I share pictures of my previous home for reference. I work as product designer. I don’t kids nor pets. Open to Santa Cruz, Soquel, Felton, Capitola, Happy Valley, N Rodeo Gulch, Corralitos.

Minimum square footage: 600 sqft. Budget $2200 max (incl. utilities). My 10-year rental history includes 2 rentals with top references from Kendall and Potter, and CIF Property management.

I do not wish to share utilities, unless included in the rent. I do not wish to share walls with anyone. I value privacy and creative solitude.
