WANTED: Large, Enclosed Storage Space on Private Property in East County (Gresham / Fairview / Troutdale / Wood Village area is ideal)
eg. Garage, Barn, Shop, or Outbuilding
I am renovating my home and need a safe, dry space to temporarily store my entire household contents for up to 8 months. I am on a fixed income and can afford up to $400/month.
I’m located in N. Gresham near the Fairview / Wood Village / Gresham intersection. The closer the better to keep driving costs down, but I am open to surrounding areas for the right space and price.
Requirements & Details:
• Size: At least 400 sq. ft. (minimum 20' x 20' or equivalent).
• Condition: Secure, weather-tight, and fully enclosed to keep furniture and household items dry.
• Contents: Standard, clean household goods only (no hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or food items).
• Access: Good vehicle access for loading and unloading. I will need occasional access during reasonable hours to catalog, sort, and organize items to sell or donate as I downsize. Happy to check in before coming by, if you prefer.
