Complete Quality is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented General Laborers to provide contract-based warehouse support services. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for this role, you will be preparing products for sale or delivery by performing extra tasks beyond basic storage and shipping — such as kitting, labeling, repackaging, and display building — to meet customer or retailer requirements . The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to teamwork.
Compensation: Approx. $17.50 Hourly| Paid weekly via 1099
Schedule: 5:30AM to 2PM, or until finished.
Typical Responsibilities
Kitting & Assembly – Combining multiple components into finished kits according to client specifications.
Labeling & Relabeling – Applying retailer-specific labels, barcodes, or compliance stickers.
Packing & Repackaging – Preparing products for shipment, repacking damaged units, or adding promotional inserts.
Display Building – Assembling point-of-sale (POP) displays for retail clients.
Inspection & Light Repair – Checking product quality and making minor fixes before shipment.
Customization – Adding personalized labels, embroidery, or serialized stickers for direct-to-consumer orders.
Quality Control – Ensuring all items meet presentation and compliance standards before dispatch.
Work Environment
Physical Demands: Standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly, using hand tools, and working in a fast-paced production environment
Teamwork: Collaborating with warehouse staff, quality control, and sometimes external partners to meet daily production goals.
