I have a background in Mathematics and Computer Science and can help with:
• Homework and school math
• Building stronger math foundations
• Problem solving, logic, and patterns
• Extra practice for kids who need more confidence
• More challenging problems for kids who enjoy math
My approach is patient and individualized. I try to help children understand why something works rather than simply memorize the steps.
Grades: K–8
Format: 1-on-1
Location: At my place or at the Walnut Creek Library
Availability: Weekdays and some weekends
