We are seeking an experienced, licensed contractor to partner with us as a subcontractor for residential foundation repair and drainage projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
We are looking to establish a reliable, long-term working relationship with a qualified contractor capable of handling a variety of projects.
### Types of Work Include:
- Foundation underpinning and push pier installations
- Foundation replacement and concrete repairs
- Crawlspace repairs, posts, piers, and beam replacements
- Seismic retrofitting and foundation bolting
- French drain and drainage system installations
- Sump pump installations
- Concrete slabs, walkways, and related work
- Other residential foundation and structural repairs
### Requirements:
- Active California contractor's license with appropriate classifications
- General liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage, as applicable
- Experience with residential foundation and drainage projects
- Ability to work from engineered plans and specifications
- Reliable crew, equipment, and transportation
- Professional communication and quality workmanship
