We’re Hiring! Join a growing manufacturing team as a CNC Machine Operator I. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, or technical training who wants to build a career in CNC machining.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Operate CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment, including lathes, mills, routers, saws, and punch presses
- Load materials and remove finished parts
- Follow work orders, blueprints, and production instructions
- Inspect parts using basic measuring tools
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate counts
- Package finished products
- Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Work with the team to meet daily production goals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Manufacturing or CNC experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read basic blueprints and written instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Comfortable using hand tools and measuring instruments
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime when needed
Technical/vocational training in machining or manufacturing is a plus!
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Stand and walk for most of the shift
- Frequently lift up to 40 lbs.
- Work in a manufacturing environment that may not be climate controlled
- Wear required PPE
