We operate refrigerated freight throughout the USA but mostly in Florida, the Southeast, and the Northeast parts, with cross-dock operations in Fort Pierce, Florida and Boston, Massachusetts. We are seeking a driver who wants consistent freight, strong earning potential, and flexibility.
COMPENSATION
• Up to $0.75 CPM OR percentage-based compensation on gross revenue
• Consistent refrigerated freight

HOME LOCATION
We are specifically seeking a driver who lives in North Carolina.
We understand that truck parking can be a challenge. We are willing to work with the right driver to establish a secure truck parking location near your home or identify an alternative parking solution that fits your needs.
SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY
Not every driver wants the same schedule.
We offer flexibility, including:
• Multiple weeks on the road
• Shorter regional runs
• Partial-week schedules
• Customized work schedules based on availability
