I live here, along with one other male roommate. We both work different schedules and generally keep to ourselves after work — relaxing in our rooms, watching TV, playing on the computer, or just enjoying some quiet time.
I'm looking for someone who appreciates the SAME TYPE OF QUIET, INDEPENDENT LIFESTYLE. This is a shared home, I'm looking for someone respectful of everyone's privacy and personal space.
MALE PREFERRED, BUT A FEMALE WHO IS A GOOD FIT IS CERTAINLY WELCOME TO INQUIRE.
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
Responsible working professional with a STEADY FULL-TIME JOB OUTSIDE THE HOME — this is a MUST.
MUST OWN AND DRIVE A REGISTERED VEHICLE.
Minimum 6 months (26 weeks), preferably longer.
NO SMOKING • NO PETS OR CHILDREN • NO COUPLES OR SIBLINGS, PLEASE.
ROOM & HOME:
Large, unfurnished room with a semi-private full bathroom in a nice 3-bedroom, 2½-bath home.
Full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, oven, toaster oven, microwave, toaster, blender, Crock Pot, etc.
ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED — Electric & Water. FREE Wi-Fi with current rent. Plenty of parking.
RENT & MOVE-IN:
$175 per week — PAID BI-WEEKLY.
First 2 weeks' rent + last 2 weeks' rent + security deposit equal to 2 weeks' rent (NON-REFUNDABLE).
TOTAL MOVE-IN: $1,050 — AND YOU GET YOUR KEY.
LOCATION:
Approximately 1 mile to I-264. Lots of shopping nearby, including Lynnhaven Mall.
