Job Overview
• Role: Pipe Layer Foreman

• Reports To: General Superintendent or Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise Crews: Direct daily activities of pipe layers and laborers on-site.
• Install Utilities: Oversee the placement of water, sewer and storm drain
• Read Blueprints: Interpret construction plans, grade stakes, and specifications.
• Ensure Safety: Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies on the job site.
• Manage Materials: Inspect materials and coordinate equipment and material deliveries.
• Track Progress: Maintain daily logs, track production goals, and report progress to management.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of pipe-laying experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of trenching, shoring, grading, and utility installation.
• Certifications: Valid driver's license; OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification preferred; CPR/First Aid is a plus.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen including marijuana
• Must have your own transportation as you will be going to different job sites
