Candidates sign an NDA before learning what the project is, and should be prepared to demonstrate a track record of discretion: prior confidential work, references, or verifiable history. This is assessed before anything else.
The work
Several days of preparation leading up to an intensive overnight build and execution
Precise assembly under tight deadlines using detailed blueprints
Hands-on logistics and physical effort in challenging outdoor terrain
Team leadership: recruit, coordinate, and direct a small crew on site
End-to-end management with full support from corporate legal and financial teams
