Overview:
We are Fabricmate Systems, located in Ventura, California. We are looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing customer accounts, generating new leads, building long-term relationships, and driving sales growth. This is an 8-hour in-person Inside Sales job that does not involve traveling or working remotely.

Education and Experience:
Experience: Proven experience in sales and customer service is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in commercial math, with the ability to read blueprints and elevation drawings to prepare accurate quotations and take-offs for customers.
Computer Skills: Manageable computer literacy, including experience with MS Office Suite, internet navigation, and CRM/ERP systems.
Language: Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
Preferred Background: Sales experience in installation, construction, or interior design industries is a strong plus. However, our ideal candidate is someone with a natural knack for sales who is dedicated to serving customers with professionalism and genuine compassion.
