Requirements:
* Strong experience across multiple construction trades
* Must have own tools and reliable pickup truck
* Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
* Excellent workmanship and attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and organized
* Maintain clean, safe, professional job sites
* Communicate professionally with clients and other trades
* Take full responsibility for quality, deadlines, and project completion
