Likeminded Studios is a community-focused wellness space offering sauna, cold plunge, recovery experiences, and a full-service café. We’re looking for a warm, dependable, and hardworking Facilities Attendant to help create an exceptional experience for every person who walks through our doors.
This is a hands-on, guest-facing role for someone who takes genuine pride in maintaining a beautiful space. The right person is naturally hospitable, attentive, and comfortable balancing detailed cleaning and light maintenance with friendly interactions with our community.
Available Shifts
Thurs, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Weekend availability required
A consistent weekly schedule is required
Pay: $20/hour
What You’ll Do
Guest Experience:
- Welcome guests warmly and help maintain a calm, inviting atmosphere
- Keep the deck organized, comfortable, and ready for guests throughout the day
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
- Communicate studio guidelines in a friendly and respectful manner
- Use good judgment and discretion in a wellness environment
Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Clean and maintain the sauna, showers, restrooms, deck, and rooftop deck
- Drain, scrub, refill, and reset cold-plunge tubs
- Clean filters, filter housings, hoses, and surrounding equipment
- Properly reassemble tubs and inspect equipment for leaks or other concerns
- Remove used towels, trash, standing water, and potential safety hazards
- Refill cleaning products and guest supplies
- Respond quickly to spills and urgent cleaning needs
- Complete daily cleaning and maintenance checklists
- Identify and promptly report leaks, damage, or equipment issues
Who We’re Looking For:
Warm, welcoming, and comfortable interacting with guests
Professional, respectful, and aware of how you present yourself in a guest-facing environment
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Detail-oriented and proactive—you notice what needs attention without always being asked
Comfortable using basic tools and learning equipment-maintenance procedures
Comfortable working around water, heat, and cleaning products
Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift
Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
Available for a consistent weekly schedule, including weekends
Experience in hospitality, maintenance, pool service, facilities, janitorial work, or a handyman role is preferred, but we’re also open to training the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
