Third Quote Exteriors is a licensed, bonded, and insured exterior contractor serving SW Washington and the Portland metro. We have steady work for experienced, fast, clean subcontractor crews.
TRADES NEEDED:
- Roofing (comp, metal)
- Siding (Hardie, LP, vinyl)
- Gutters
- Decks & outdoor living
- Exterior Painters
- Concrete (flatwork, patios)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN SUBS:
- 2+ years experience, crews that move fast and finish clean
- Your own tools, equipment, and transportation
- Unmarked vehicles on our job sites (you work under our name)
- Capacity for multiple jobs per month
- Pass a background check (our crews work at customers' homes)
- W-9, current contractor license (WA L&I and/or OR CCB), and general liability insurance

LO QUE BUSCAMOS EN SUBCONTRATISTAS:
- Más de 2 años de experiencia, cuadrillas que trabajan rápido y dejan todo limpio
- Sus propias herramientas, equipo y transporte
- Vehículos sin logotipos en nuestros trabajos (trabajan bajo nuestro nombre)
- Capacidad para varios trabajos por mes
- Pasar una verificación de antecedentes (trabajamos en las casas de los clientes)
- W-9, licencia de contratista vigente (WA L&I y/o OR CCB) y seguro de responsabilidad civil
