$100Secure EV Parking/Storage Wanted - Vancouver, WA

Hello! We are looking for a secure driveway or garage to rent for our EV in Vancouver, WA while we travel for several months. We are looking for a stable, long-term arrangement of approximately 3-12 months.
We are offering $100 per month for a secure parking space. In addition, we will pay $20 whenever the vehicle needs to be charged, which will cover the electricity used as well as your time for plugging in.
The vehicle will be stored at approximately 60-80% charge, so it will not need to be charged to 100%. We have our own Level 1 (L1, 110v) charger that we provide. Charging should be relatively infrequent.
We are specifically looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, & comfortable with EVs. Since an EV can eventually drain its 12V battery when sitting unused for an extended period, we'd like someone who can occasionally check on the vehicle. When appropriate, start it & move it a short distance. This is primarily to help keep the battery & tires in good condition. The car should be able to sit for 2-3 months without needing attention.
A nice garage with an electrical outlet would be ideal, but a secure driveway in a nice, safe neighborhood would also work. We are particularly interested in Vancouver locations closer to PDX/Portland International Airport, although we are open to other areas of Vancouver.
Our vehicle is a leased Subaru, so the person providing the parking will need to be comfortable with Subaru having the address where the vehicle is stored. We want to be completely transparent about that upfront.
We will be making occasional return trips to Vancouver during our travels, so we will need access to the vehicle when we're back in town. We will coordinate those visits in advance.
This could be a 3-12 month arrangement, we're looking for someone who expects to remain at their current home & have the parking space available for several months. We will also be happy to put a simple written agreement in place so that both parties are comfortable with the arrangement & expectations. Payments will be made monthly.
