We are seeking Residential Maintenance & Carpentry Team Members for our fast growing property management company.
Qualifications:
- 2 years minimum handyman experience foe residential maintenance.
- Maintenance experience in internal duties (light plumbing, light electrical, wall and cabinetry repair, painting and replacing of fixtures.
OR
- Maintenance experience in exterior duties (concrete, roofing, siding, carpentry, asphalt, etc).
We have many positions open for different levels of skill and experience. Hourly wage is dependent upon experience and the outcome of an in-person interview.
This position is multi faceted and requires problem solving, being part of a team and communicating with tenants and managers on a daily basis.
Attributes of successful team members must include honesty, good time management, multitasking and the ability to work alone or alongside other team members. In addition, they must possess basic work tools, have reliable transportation with the ability to carry tools and large supplies from one job site to another, auto insurance, valid driver's license and a clean criminal background. Employees are subject to random drug testing.
