We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Server Lead to oversee and coordinate the efficient delivery of legal documents across various jurisdictions. This role is vital in ensuring that legal notices, subpoenas, court orders, and other critical documents are served accurately and timely, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. As a Process Server Lead, you will be the primary process server for the designated area while supporting all other field operations activities.

Primary Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary process server within your designated footprint
• Perform skip tracing on unsuccessful serves
• Coach and support contract servers operating within your designated footprint
• Manage the late jobs report to keep outstanding serves on track
• Ensure your area's success rate meets or exceeds the 65% threshold
• Hold monthly success calls with assigned servers
• Recruit new servers in your area as needed, with support from HQ
• Onboard new servers within your designated footprint
Additional Responsibilities
• Prepare Statements of Work as requested by HQ
• Assist with filing cases with respective courts to bring service jobs to fruition (both paper and eFiling)
• Assist with coordinating alternative service options when appropriate (Sheriff assignments, NAPPS server assignments)
• Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail for documenting serves accurately.
• Ability to serve a wide variety of legal documents including subpoenas, notices to quit, writs, petitions, custody orders, trust documents, deed documents, lien notices, injunctions, foreclosure notices, criminal and divorce papers.
• Familiarity with mobile data collection software and mobile devices for record keeping and communication.
• Strong organizational skills for managing process serving records efficiently.
• Knowledge of legal procedures related to serving restraining orders, wage garnishments, child support documents, eviction notices, summonses, liens, injunctions, writs and other legal complaints.
• Professional ethics coupled with excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and legal professionals.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in filing proof of service.
• Additional certifications or training in private investigation or procedural law are advantageous but not required.
