It has been very well cared for.
I could describe this well-built sander as "vintage." It has probably been around that long. They just don't make them like this anymore. Certainly, they don't make these in the United States like this one is. It will stand up to years of use!
It will take a 4.5" X 9" sheet of sandpaper. Quite a bit of a standard sheet of sand-paper. Easy to hold grips keep your paper secure on the long axis. Installing paper is real easy. You can lift the "keepers" and tuck your sand-paper in.
Flick the switch and change the motion from orbital to reciprocal (straight line), and vice-versa.
4 Amps. About 4,000 rpm, I would guess. Model Number 315.11690. The cord is in GREAT shape.
Yes, it is older. But it works great and is made in the U.S.A.!
