Need help? (Vancouver)

Do you have odds and ends labor around the house you need help with? Or maybe, a prodject you want to do but don't want to go to the extreme of hiring a contractor, yet don't want to resort to a temp agencie or a high schoolers that lacks the expertise.
Well, I'm that happy medium guy you can call.

30$ an hour for general none skilled labor.
Moving, landscaping, yard work, demolition, simple assembly..
40$ an hour for skilled trades/handyman.
Carpentry, siding, glazing, molding, sheet rock, flooring, concrete, masonry, light plumbing, light electrical.

I come equipped with general hand tools and power tools.

You provided materials, supplies, expendables, hardware(i can give guidance) and possibly certain specialty power tools.

This is a low overhead operation im running here, im simply a tradesman who's industry has slowed down.
I've developed skills and knowledge from being in the construction industry over the years.

NO JOB IS TOO SMALL
