The master bedroom is on the first floor.
It has a private bathroom.
The lady that had the Master just moved out September 30th.
You will share the Kitchen and Living room with 2 other ladies approximately in their 50s. There is a 3rd lady that has a separate entrance unit and only uses the Laundry. The owner's son lives in a separate entrance unit too and only uses the laundry.
Utilities are included except the WiFi belongs to one of the other ladies- maybe you can arrange with her to share it. She also has a cat. We don't want to add any more pets.
Visitors should be occasional and must leave and cannot move in.
I am Kris and I will help with showing you the place and with the lease. The lease would preferably be for at least 6 months with Month to Month flexibility after that. Hopefully you can stay a long time.
The Deposit is the same as the rent.
There is NO application fee.
The owner is my friend for 35 years. He is 80 and needs some help with the management.
