Looking for a kind, responsible housemate to share a relaxed and friendly home in the Evergreen neighborhood of Vancouver with myself and 2 other roommates.

-About 15 minutes from PDX and a short distance to Portland
-Quiet residential street with driveway and garage parking (plus additional nearby guest parking)
-Features include central air conditioning, washer and dryer upstairs, furnished living and dining areas, fenced backyard with patio, dimmable lights in each room, and recently updated paint and carpet

-Large (11x12): $815/month - TAKEN
-Medium (10x11): $785/month - AVAILABLE
-Small (10x10): $745/month - TAKEN
Utilities and $67 HOA fee split evenly among all roommates
House Culture and Expectations
-No smoking indoors (including vapes)
-Shoes-off household
-Must be okay with strong Asian cooking smells (e.g., fish sauce, garlic)
-Respectful and kind toward others
-1 additional cat (we already have 1) is okay, or pets in enclosed sanctuaries
