Meet Ace! He is a 14-month-old Dalmatian who is very energetic, friendly, and loves attention. He is up to date on all vaccinations, fully potty trained, and sleeps quietly in his kennel through the night without issues. Ace is not neutered but does not mark.
My wife and I will be traveling from September 18, 2026 to September 21, 2026 and we are looking for someone to board Ace in their home during that time near the Portland/Vancouver area. I would plan to drop him off Friday evening and pickup on Monday evening.
Ace enjoys walks, playtime, and exercise, so this would be a great fit for someone who loves dogs and has experience caring for animals. A fenced yard would be ideal, or someone willing to provide regular exercise and outdoor time. We would prefer no apartments unless there are designated areas nearby where he can regularly run and play. He does well around other dogs, but he has not stayed overnight with other animals before, so we are unsure how he would do in a multi-pet household for an extended stay.
Ace is crate trained and can comfortably stay in his kennel for up to 4–5 hours at a time during the day and about 9–10 hours overnight.
We are looking for someone responsible, communicative, and experienced with high-energy dogs.
We will provide all food, toys, leash, kennel/crate, and any other supplies needed. We also have a veterinarian and pet insurance plan already in place, so if any medical issue comes up during the stay, it would already be covered.
