Powers on, Posts, Boots to OS. Had Windows 10 up and running, though not well. Suspect one of the RAM sticks may be bad. Didn’t get around to testing with MEMTest86. Already cleaned. $20 or OBO

- DVD drive powers on, but sticks and does not open
- No HDD or SSD included
