Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in scheduling, materials management, inventory control, stocking procedures, supply chain management, and logistics

Ability to perform and retain various skill related tasks, training and operations.
MUST know how to drive/operate a forklift and have a valid driver license.
FORKLIFT CERTIFICATION IS A PLUS.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Logistics & Freight Operations
Order Fulfillment & Secure Packaging: Wrap, strap, and palletize delicate freight—including vanities and fragile fixtures—to prevent damage during long-haul shipment.
Customer Service & Pickup Management
Freight Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinate and schedule outbound freight pickups with carriers to ensure timely transit and adherence to delivery timelines.
Equipment & Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load and unload freight trucks and transfers efficiently.
Customer Pickup Assistance: Greet and assist customers with local order pickups, verifying receipts and safely loading merchandise into personal or commercial vehicles.
Service & Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer loading queries, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor to ensure a positive pickup experience.
Inventory Control & Purchasing
Inventory Maintenance: Track, audit, and log incoming/outgoing stock to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy across warehouse management systems.
Supply & Fixture Purchasing: Monitor warehouse operational supplies and fixtures, proactively placing reorders as needed.
Follow all company safety and standard operating procedures of the company. Can work Individually or as a Team.
Work hours:
Mon-Fri: 8 AM -- 5 PM
Saturday -- Off
Sunday - Off
