Duties
Lead and supervise roofing crews, managing team performance and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, safety compliance
Coordinate construction schedule activities across multiple teams to optimize workflow and resource allocation
Oversee budget management, cost tracking, and reporting to ensure projects stay within financial targets while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent managerial communication skills
Hands-on experience supervising construction sites with a focus on quality control and safety compliance
Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints accurately
Skilled in project scheduling, construction safety management, budgeting, and managing subcontractors or crews
