Bounce On Rentals is hiring reliable, hardworking helpers for our event rental delivery and setup crew in the Los Angeles / San Fernando Valley area.
WE ARE EXTREMELY BUSY FRIDAY THROUGH MONDAY. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE DURING THESE DAYS.
This is a fast-paced, physical job. We are looking for people who show up on time, work hard, follow directions, and have a good attitude. If you are unreliable, regularly call out, have a bad attitude, or are not comfortable doing heavy physical work, this position is not a good fit.
Job Duties:
• Deliver, set up, and pick up bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, tables, chairs, tents, games, and other party equipment
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Clean, roll, and organize equipment
• Assist with events when needed
• Perform physical work outdoors in hot, cold, and other weather conditions
• Follow delivery schedules and setup instructions carefully
Requirements:
• Must be physically capable of safely lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving heavy rental equipment throughout the workday
• Must be comfortable being on your feet and doing physical work for extended periods
• Must be **reliable and punctual — attendance is extremely important**
• Must have a **positive attitude** and work well with a team
• Must follow directions and be willing to work
• Must be polite and professional with customers
• Must have a clean and presentable appearance
• Must report to work **fit for duty and not impaired by drugs or alcohol**
• Employment may be subject to a background check consistent with applicable law
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Bounce house, party rental, moving, delivery, warehouse, landscaping, construction, or event setup experience is a **BIG PLUS**
Schedule:
Friday through Monday are our busiest days and availability during these days is required.
Some shifts may also begin Thursday or continue through Tuesday depending on our workload.
You must be available for busy weekends and holidays. Hours will vary depending on our event schedule.
This is not an easy desk job. You will be lifting equipment, loading trucks, working outdoors, and moving throughout the day.
