Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the installation crew for all staging move-ins and move-outs
• Assign workers to each project based on scope and schedule
• Oversee warehouse operations: inventory organization, furniture/inventory tracking, truck loading, and equipment maintenance
• Plan and coordinate logistics for multiple concurrent installations across LA
• Partner with the design team to ensure each property is staged to spec
• Schedule crew, coordinate delivery timelines, and troubleshoot on-site issues in real time
• Train, supervise, and manage performance of warehouse and installation staff
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during loading, transport, and installation
• Maintain and organize inventory to minimize loss/damage and streamline turnover
• Ensure trucks are regularly serviced and properly maintained
• Perform quality control on furnishings to ensure everything meets condition and presentation standards
• During slower seasons, oversee warehouse inventory sales and manage home delivery logistics
Qualifications
• 2+ years experience in moving, logistics, warehouse management, or a related field (home staging/furniture industry a big plus)
• Proven leadership experience managing a team
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple projects/deadlines
• Valid driver's license; comfortable driving box trucks (CDL a plus but not required)
• Physically able to lift furniture and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between crew and design team
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
• Comfortable handling retail-style sales during slower periods
What We Offer
• Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities during peak install seasons
• Opportunity to grow with a premier LA staging company
• Full-time position with a dynamic, creative team
