The Grete Jalk is now fully restored at the finest level anywhere
It is in magazine quality condition still with the original cushions
5 ultrafine layers of one of the best Danish teak oils for true authenticity matching the chairs that cost over $10 ,000 for single pieces
NONE of the pieces look like they do in the photos now
The two side tables were PROPERLY completely stripped and museum grade sanded and are in fantastic condition. Prepped for several coats of new finish. NOT a coating over old junk
The work is done on the lounge chair, almost complete on the tables, so we do not have new photos yet.
Unlike most Danish furniture that has been damaged and dented and chipped and refinished, these three pieces were selected because they had almost no marks and had never been refinished improperly
SOFA WAS SOLD
Pictures NO LONGER REFLECT the upgraded current condition

TWO Grete Jalk teak side tables for Glostrup Mobelfabrik
Completely stripped down to gorgeous raw teak. NO finishes and no damage
We are selling all THREE pieces as a set for $5,500 OBO
Original leather cushions which have had higher end leather conditioner applied with three coats
Cushions are original leather with a new, professional grade scrim backed padding wrap INSIDE the leather
Original UNRESTORED teak. No extra, poorly applied finishes. Professionally stripped to factory fresh condition
Teak is in VERY good condition and even better than expected for a teak lounge chair made in 1960-1967 since the chair was in one family since around the late 950s-1960s
France and Sons started as France and Daverkosen.
From around 1960-1967 they were known as France and Sons which is the logo or makers mark emblem attached in the frame. They eventually where bought by CADO which made lesser quality versions of the furniture lines.
John Stuart was NOT the maker. He was an importer based in New York and Grand Rapids Michigan.
He only imported very good examples of known designer Danish furniture
These are all the original versions, not later copies

We think the original unrestored condition is rare to find in this condition versus most that have been poorly recoated many times.
