A confidential cannabis company in Van Nuys is seeking experienced Cannabis Trimmers to join its production team. Ideal candidates have hands-on cannabis trimming experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent quality while meeting production goals.
Responsibilities
• Hand-trim and manicure cannabis flower to meet company quality standards.
• Remove excess leaves and stems while preserving flower structure and integrity.
• Meet established production goals while maintaining accuracy and minimizing waste.
• Inspect flower and report quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Accurately weigh and record trimmed product and maintain batch identification.
• Keep tools, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
• Follow company procedures for sanitation, safety, and product handling.
• Assist with bucking, sorting, weighing, and packaging as needed.
Qualifications
• Previous professional cannabis trimming experience required.
• Ability to use trimming scissors and tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent workmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and work in a seated or standing position for extended periods, with reasonable accommodation as needed.
Location: Van Nuys, CA — On-site
Pay: $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience
