$950 / 1br - NICE BACKUNIT ROOM FOR RENT W/ PRIVATE BATHROOM (Baldwin Park)
QR Code Link to This Post
It's very nice, moderately sized, comfortable and disconnected from the front
if you wish not to have contact with us when you rent. Up to you.
It's ideal for a single person. Preferable female. NO KITCHEN in it.
It's got a private bathroom and big closet. Also enough space for you to
put a big bed and a few pieces of furniture as the previous tenant did. T.V.
too.
No smoking or drugs within the unit. Obvious reasons. A pet might be
accepted depending on what it is and its size.
The rent is $950.00 a month. That, plus a deposit of the same amount is
required to move it. So, $1,900.00 total.
Located in a nice area of Baldwin Park, CA. Close to freeways, close to stores,
close to a new public park, close to main highway. Very safe area. Also, you'll
have access to the backyard with a t.v. if you want and the nice bbq grill when
needed. Moreover there's wash and dry room next to you. We think you'll love it.
Please, only serious inquiries. Email me, please.
