A growing property management company is looking for a Service Repair Technician with at least three years of related experience to bring their skills and knowledge to one of the largest independently owned companies in the Valley.
Responsible for performing all types of service repair such as on automatic gates, gate motors, operators, intercoms, telephone entry systems and garage doors.
Responsibilities:
Identify, troubleshoot and repair sliding gates, swinging gates, barrier gates, vertical pivot gates, pop-up bollards, wedges/crash barriers, keypads, call boxes and like systems
Full gate installations
Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
Assess and repair gate motors, gate hardware, and access devices
Performs all necessary preventative and corrective maintenance
Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
Participate in routine visual inspections
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Able to follow instructions and work independently
Performs all necessary preventative and corrective maintenance
Welds, wires, and programs equipment as required by the nature of the service
Provides a positive, collaborative, and informative customer service experience to residents
Perform other duties as assigned
Job requirements:
Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience
Must have reliable means of transportation for work, transporting tools and materials
Proof of automobile insurance required
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Familiarity with basic welding principles preferred
Commitment to accurate and high-quality work
In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of automatic gates
Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical levels
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to read, interpret and understand work orders in English
Requirements for this position consist of:
