What I love the most about it is how portable lightweight it is, it has wheels at the end that can be folded and rolled, super easy to move, can be put under couch, yet it still offers good speed range and big enough comfortable space to use.
Purchased less than 2yrs ago and only used for one month, runs in like new condition, no manual, it's easy to use. No watch, it's not needed. Easier and better that way.
I can't find the original item specifics, but I recall the speed option should be around 0.5 mph ~ 7mph, and the treadmill should be around 75lb total.
You are welcome to test run it here to decide if you like it, however you need to pay an extra $15 for testing, because it takes extra work and time to do so.
