We help people avoid surgery by restoring comfortable joint function.
If making a genuine difference in people’s lives matters to you, this may be an especially rewarding opportunity.
I’m a manual therapist and instructor of an advanced system of hands-on therapy.
Our clients come to us with painful, often complicated orthopedic problems—and frequently leave with results that significantly change what they can do and how they feel.
*What our clients experience*
PROFESSIONALISM: Exceptional results, delivered with a level of professionalism that has earned deep respect from our clients and local health professionals.
COMPASSION: A calm, nurturing environment where clients feel safe enough to trust, release, and allow their bodies to experience surprisingly positive change.

1. Make a life-changing difference.
As our Administrative & Client Services Assistant, you will help create and maintain that experience—from a client’s first inquiry through scheduling, treatment follow-up, and ongoing communication.
2. Develop valuable new skills.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with a state-of-the-art Marketing, Sales & Business Operating Platform enhanced by native AI. You’ll learn to use technology that is increasingly valuable to businesses of all kinds.
3. Build career leverage
The skills and experience you develop here can add entirely new categories to your résumé—and give you leveraged capabilities that can increase your value in future jobs and careers.
For the right person, this can be an opportunity to contribute to something meaningful while simultaneously building skills for your own future.

-Required
• Comfortable with Word/Excel or Google Docs/Sheets
• Comfortable using Mac and iOS
• Able and willing to learn our CRM, scheduling, and communication systems
• Professional, pleasant demeanor and sharp-casual appearance
• Naturally compassionate and encouraging with people who are injured or healing
• Ability to create an atmosphere of calm, friendly efficiency
• Self-starter who can follow directions and take initiative
-Nice to have
• Familiarity with healthcare, bodywork, or athletics
• Social-media savvy, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn
• Ability to occasionally smile at my “dad humor”
*Schedule & Compensation*
$22–28/hour, depending on experience and abilities, with potential for advancement as responsibilities grow.
