It is all-aluminum, lightweight, easy to stack and join 10-foot sections with steel bolt construction. The handsome self-standing rigid tower needs no guy wires and will carry significant antenna loads. The tapered design starts with a base face-width of 30 inches, and the 7th section (top) is 14 inches width. The previous ham owner used a Yaesu rotator in the top section to rotate a 4-element cubical quad antenna, with 30ft X 3in. boom.
