The house is comfortable and beautifully furnished. There is a large back yard with roses and wicker furniture where one can relax and watch the birds feeding at the bird sanctuary.
The house is close to both Kaiser and Sutter so perfect for traveling medical personnel.
I am in and out, often on the East Coast with grandkids. At a future date there will be another roommate with their own "suite" so the house has low density.
The house is kept clean so it helps if you are a little OCD. There are some shared chores or, alternatively, shared cost for a house cleaner.
This is a large, beautiful home built in the old style. It is comfortable and a little elegant, full of light.
There is no smoking on the property and pets aren't allowed. There is a limit of one person to the room.
The rent is $1800 plus utilities which are shared. There are solar panels so PG&E is quite low. The deposit is one month's rent and there is a minimum two month stay.
