Pet Policy
The Ridge is a dog and cat friendly community. No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment. All animals must be neutered or spayed and be registered with the office. A $500.00 deposit is required for the 1st pet, $250 deposit for the second pet. Monthly pet rent is $50 per pet. Dogs must be no more than 65lbs. Breed restrictions apply.Office Hours
